In the input area south/west are welcome at the first terrace range with places for 6 persons, far a beautiful palm garden with sun chairs, large pool with steps and the second large terrace , comfortable shower (cold/warm) .
The VILLA is divided into 1 large living room with dining-place, 3 sleep areas with air-condition, fitted kitchen, bath and separate WC.

A perfect house

by J. Suijkerbuijk from NiederlandeWhat we liked most is that the house is situated in the city, close to the beach and restaurants. All in a couple of minutes walking. The salt water pool is the best part and we liked the company of a "stray" cat very much, our holiday pet. The house has all the comfort. The only draw back are the parked cars in the narrow street in front of the house. Also the roads need to be repaired.

by M. Grosche from Mülheim an der RuhrLady Montgri hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ordentlich, sauber, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet. Pool sehr erfrischend, regelmäßig gesäubert, (netter Poolmann), man hat seine Ruhe, keiner kann einem auf den Teller schauen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe ist ok.
